- Rice:
- water
- 1 pkgjasmine rice

- Pad Krapow:
- 2 shallot
- 3 garlic clove
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 pkgThai basil
- 1-2 tbspoil
- 1 pkgground pork
- 0.5 tspsalt
- 0.5 tspblack pepper
- 1 pkgdark soya sauce
- 0.5-1 tbspsugar
- 1 lime
- Eggs:
- 1-2 tbspoil
- 4 eggs
- pinch salt
- pinch black pepper
- 1Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- 2Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic. Wash the chili pepper and slice it. Remove the core from the bell pepper, wash it and cut it into strips. Wash the Thai basil and finely chop it.
- 3Heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced meat and cook for 6–8 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
- 4Add the shallot, garlic, chili and bell pepper to the pan. Cook for 3–4 minutes. Season with soy sauce and sugar.
- 5Stir in the Thai basil and drizzle with lime juice.
- 6Heat oil in another pan over high heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and fry for 3–4 minutes until they reach a firmer consistency. Season with salt and black pepper.
- 7Serve the Pad Krapow on plates with rice and fried eggs.
